Support Tullow Museum
Tullow Museum is a registered charity and a vital part of our local heritage. We are entirely run by volunteers of the Tullowphelim Historical Society, and our survival depends on the generosity of the public.
Funding Our Mission
Our annual operating costs are approximately €5,000. This covers essential expenses including insurance, heating, and the meticulous care of our collection. We are supported by a small annual subsidy from Carlow County Council, but we rely heavily on public donations to keep our doors open for all visitors.
The Value of Your Support
Your contribution helps us maintain the historic stone building and provides the resources to answer genealogy queries from Tullow people all over the world. Every donation is tax deductible and helps us continue our work in preserving the story of our town.
Transparency and Trust
We provide audited accounts to the Companies Registration Office annually. This ensures that every contribution is managed with the highest standards of transparency and accountability, allowing you to support a cause you believe in with complete confidence.
